CVC is the value you want to be concerned about. From my notes, showing a sample file:
 

cvc = -0.000, 0.000,                -1.000, 0.447, 0.000,                0.000;

 

First set of values affect camera rotation. With value set to 0.000, there is no camera rotation.

 

In the second set of values, these factors apply:

First value: forward / backward view 
Second value: up / down
Third value: horizontal. A value of 0.000 centers the view in the cockpit.
Third set of values: zoom.
